My husband was previously a patient of this practice and underwent a colonoscopy about five years ago, which came back normal. However, his symptoms persisted. When we attempted to follow up, the doctor was unavailable, and we did not receive any further advice, recommendations, or prescriptions to address his ongoing issues. Receptionist Sam was by far the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever encountered at a medical office. He was unwilling to help handle an urgent referral from a hospital until May. When I asked to speak to someone else he told me not to “talk back to him” and said I didn’t deserve to be treated any better than he treated me.
Couldn't poop for 10 ten days, they promised to call me back to tell me what to do, they never did. Eventually had to force it out resulting in terrible hemorrhoids. Couldn't poop regularly and always bloated. Told me I needed a colonoscopy to find out what was going on, after the colonoscopy I asked the doctor what was going he acted annoyed. I was VERY disappointed with my first visit to Loudoun Gastroenterology Clinic. My mother, father, and 41 yr old identical twin sister have a longstanding history of colonic polyps, and my SOLE intent in scheduling an appointment (and taking time off work) was to get screened for colon cancer. I met with NP Nassiri, who claimed I was misinformed, stating that only a family history of colon cancer would justify screening.
