She was a nice woman, but I definitely wouldn’t call her a counselor. She really only listens to you, but doesn’t offer any tangible advice or direction for improvement. I also felt like she handles everything with SUPER kid gloves, as opposed to helping you tackle difficult conversations head on. You also have to be really careful with how she bills you. She was apparently getting invoices from our insurance company for months and didn’t bother to tell us about an account balance until we were hundreds of dollars behind. Sh... read more

I will have to say I never saw these people, but the woman I spoke with on the phone answered as 'Hello". was very unprofessional, seemed to not be able to talk, didn't know anything about the providers, and was so unhelpful I decided they were NOT who I wanted to have as my daughter's counselors.
