My dermatologist recommended that i send my prescriptions to this pharmacy and have them shipped because they carry what i needed. I received my prescriptions in one business day. One!! That is completely amazing in my opinion. I had a few shipped to another pharmacy as well and still have not received those but from Loudon everything was handled in a timely manner and i could not appreciate that more.
Unfortunately do not ever go here. My dr office sent a prescription to this Loudoun family pharmacy and a few hours later I called and left a message to check on the prescription, noone answered and I was sent to a hold line for about 20 minutes. Then I hung up because of waiting. I called back and 2 more times same thing. I finally called back and left a message.
