My first and hopefully my LAST experience here. I wish someone had told me. Had my first Colonoscopy on 3/1/24 and Dr. Hani Sabahi informed us after the procedure he had found 1 polyp. -You can imagine my mind state and anxiety. He said he would send it off the to lab for testing and I would hear from them. 3/21, 3/22, 3/25, 3/26 called repeatedly to the main line and the nurses lines for someone/ANYONE to tell me the results of my text - nothing. I would avoid this practice by all means. They don't pick up their phones to talk to their patients who are trying to call to make an appointment along with telling people the wrong information

I don't know how they operate when no one ever picks up the phone or have a website scheduling link that actually works!!!!! What am I missing?
