One of the most efficient city workplaces I’ve been to. Customer service is excellent! The Health Department team did an outstanding job getting my packet through their process. Constantine helped me from start to finish (no stress!). Well done!
I properly registered for Covid vaccine in Loudoun County on 1/17. I am 69 and immune compromised. I know of many people who are neither 1A nor 1b getting shots. VDH's published data shows they gave 25,000 shots in Loudoun County by the end of last week. The US Census Data for 2019 shows that there are only 20,000 people 65+ living in Loudoun County. That means that VDH is either lying about the numbers of shots, or about who they are giving shots too. Contacted hospital for vaccine.. no help after 3 months.
Most mismanaged and inefficient system. Signed up under 1-B and waiting for three weeks and haven’t heard although I know many outside group one managed to get vaccinated. Disgusting and disappointing. When called, the reply you get is only true of a real bureaucracy.
