I agree with Laura Burger. The staff and vets are nice and supportive, especially the staff, but I suspect the vets are overworked bc when I asked for an oral diagnosis of the lab results, it was less like being spoken to by a machine gun. The receipt wasn’t signed so I had to backtrack to buy special food at Chewy. Who knew? The vet and assts. Caused delays. This is an amazing place that truly cares about the cats. I brought my cat here for 6 years and was always happy with the service. Now I am experiencing some major life changes and needed to find a new home for her. She is old and has some health problems so I exhausted every option trying and failing to find her a home. She was facing euthanasia but the staff here offered to foster her until they are able to find her a home! They offered this for zero cost purely out of kindness. I highly recommend this clinic. I brought my cat in earlier this year due to weight loss and was reassured after normal bloodwork. Unfortunately, her condition declined rapidly this past week and I had to seek emergency care multiple times. During that time, I did not feel well supported or guided. Communication was inconsistent, I received test results without follow-up, and there were issues with medication.
