This is an amazing place that truly cares about the cats. I brought my cat here for 6 years and was always happy with the service. Now I am experiencing some major life changes and needed to find a new home for her. She is old and has some health problems so I exhausted every option trying and failing to find her a home. I brought my cat in earlier this year due to weight loss and was reassured after normal bloodwork. Unfortunately, her condition declined rapidly this past week and I had to seek emergency care multiple times. During that time, I did not feel well supported or guided. Communication was inconsistent, I received test results without follow-up, and there were issues with medication. Absolutely the most compassionate and comprehensive care you can receive for your cats. All the staff are wonderful caring people who love your kitties as much as you do.
Everyone is always kind and professional. Even when your cat is a little demon! I am so very grateful for finding Loudoun Cat Care. I can't imagine anyone taking better care of all my kitties (past and present).
