Thank you so much Volkswagen, specifically Cesar and Randall! It was so hard to find someone willing to diagnose and fix my issue with my Audi A3. I spoke to Randall and he assured me that my car was in good hands with Cesar because he is a certified Audi tech. I appreciate you so much for fixing my water pump and thermostat. The customer service was top tier :)
