Lou-Lou's Flower Truck went above and beyond to meet our needs despite a late-day request for same-day delivery. We were touched that the extra fee for delivery was waived in light of the situation. The bouquet is gorgeous and worth every penny spent.
10/10 Customer service was fantastic! I called to confirm delivery was still happening as it was getting late and they took my call and called me back to keep me in the loop. My items arrived beautiful and perfect. I will definitely order from them again.
