Be careful giving your email or phone number to this dealership. I asked for a quote and they have not stopped emailing me, calling me and texting me since. I have explained to them many times that I bought a car at another dealership. It is so frustrating! They also never seem to remember talking to you. I had a woman call me and talked to me for a good 10 minutes and she called me five minutes later and didn't remember talking to me, very weird.
Very satisfied with the sales process. Nic was helpful. I also spoke to Adam and the both of them were wonderful to deal with. They didn’t have the color I wanted, and they found it for me!
4 years ago I leased a car here at Lou Bachrodt. I have been so pleased with the original sales department plus their service department. My lease was up and I came back and purchased a car. I received the same excellent service from their personnel and expect to receive the same excellent service from their service department.
The facility was very clean and well lit. it was homey with the tv, couches, and popcorn machine.
When I went back to sign the paperwork and get the car Bret and David had everything filled out and completed ready for me to sign and drive away in my new MAZDA!!!
