I absolutely loved this place. It was so relaxing, and the staff was so nice and professional. I recommend 100%!!!
1st off I have never written a review. I have been to 4 different spas in Wisconsin, and Lotus has been the best experience yet. The staff was very professional and helpful. I had always thought that I had to go to a resort or a big city to get these kinds of service. I am very pleased that there is one so close. The only thing that I would like to see different is maybe having the rooms sound proofed. There was faint noises. Thanks for the wonderful day. I had the ultimate package!! Amazing!!

Just returned home after a morning manicure and gel polish with Stephanie. Fabulous job....excellent outcome, relaxing, and now my hands feel and look great! Quality service from the moment you come in and are greeted with the wonderful concierge to the time you leave. I will be back!
