This week I had my first experience with Dr Facer at Lotus Bloom and I will never go anywhere else now. She is the best as far as I’m concerned. I’m so over the moon with my results and she spent time with me to learn about what I was looking for first. A very likable, kind and professional woman. I’d highly recommend her.

The spa itself is like no other. I instantly felt relaxed when I stepped foot into the lobby. The entire staff was very friendly throughout the entire experience, from check-in to check-out and everything in between. I had never had a waxing service before and Brianna walked me through the entire thing. She made sure to check that it wasn't too painful and really eased my nerves about the whole service.
