This car repair and service team is knowledgeable! So well managed and run, it seems I have found the unicorn of mechanics. Imagine the best customer service you could ever have,... wish granted! My car problems were resolved with expediency and excellence. I am so grateful they could fix very complicated and annoying issues with no fuss. "We'll take care of it." The phenomenal diagnostic aptitude and accuracy of the technician combined with fair labor and parts pricing make this place such a treasure.

This Lotus dealer is closed. I tried reporting this to Google but they wouldn't accept the edit. There will be another dealer of another brand built here soon; I added the pictures of this to the images of this place. Don't waste your time trying to come here.

Awesome dealer-the guys were really helpful, and finance manager not only knowledgeable, but also very caring. John is the guy you want to ask for-if it wasn't for him, I would probably drive my beautiful Lotus San Francisco.

If you ever have any issues or questions about your car go see Jeff in the service department. Straight to the point and very personable guy. He doesn't sugar coat anything and will tell you the facts. Definitely a person who wants the best for you and your car. Make sure to go see him.

Pretty much, wow. Like every other human, I usually hate car dealerships. This place is different, I swear. No sleazy salespeople, no hard sells, and I didn't feel like someone was trying to pull the wool over my eyes during negotiations. Our salesperson, Joel, was straightforward and trustworthy. We even had our 2 month old with us and even he had a good time! Ask for Joel when you go! Visit the taco truck down the street while they're running the numbers :)
