Morgan is great! I have gotten a lot of compliments on the color and how my hair looks. I highly recommend Morgan. The shop environment is beachy, clean and comfortable. Truly happy to be a Lotus patron!

I had a Keratin Express Treatment at a discounted price. It was supposed to last six weeks. It did not last four days. I get regular Keratin Treatments at least 6 -7 times a year. I called and owner told me the lovely woman was away. I am legally blind so she asked me to send pics rather than paying for a car service. I did. No response. Called on Wednsday when girl who did my hair was back from vacation. She called on Thursday and more or less told me it was my problem.
