I've been eating at the Lotus for nearly a decade now and won't be back. The child you have acting as a hostess, has ZERO interpersonal skills, doesn't know your menu and is costing the ownership money. Agreeably, I forgot my mask... Meanwhile people sitting down to eat 10' away aren't "required" to wear one. Ownership should do themselves a favor and have a small supply of masks on hand in the event a customer commits the ultimate taboo and forgets theirs. So fed up with service and usually like the food but today was the last straw will not be eating or recommending this place to ANYONE!! We ordered to go and there wasa bug in our food!! A roach!!

Pho was amazing! The broth was different from any I have had and full of flavor.
It’s hit or miss on the menu items they have. We use to go every weekend for some Pho and egg rolls but the service has been getting worse. Most of the staff is friendly but one of the waitresses who served us seems to always be rude and decided to be rude to one of my friends. We will no longer support this restaurant that we use to enjoy. They could definitely use some better management that seems to care more about their customers. The Pho is very good but the service and presentation is in need of serious improvement.
