I’ve lived on the Cape for years and Lotus is one of those places I send every visitor to, and where I visit when I'm in Ptown. The rooms are spotless and the common areas have this calm, artsy vibe that feels very Provincetown. The staff remembered my name from a call I made last month, which honestly surprised me. Parking can be tricky in town, but they are across from the large MacMillan lot, and even helped us with bags. So glad this spot is still around after 30 years!

Loved our stay here it's got that cozy, artsy Provincetown feel without being fussy. The little courtyard garden was perfect for morning coffee. We're already planning our return trip next Summer.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, with everything accessible within just a few minutes. My partner and I have stayed here twice so far and have enjoyed both stays. Our only issue was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

I just stayed at the Lotus House for a few days. The location is perfect, especially if you take the ferry- the hotel is located about a five minute walk right off the peer, right on Commercial Street. The rooms are clean and housekeeping came every day. I didn’t have any problems during the stay- and instructions on how to check in and out were clear and were given a few days before arrive. The property is basic, with only a couple of amenities- but who cares, you’re in downtown Ptown? Would definitely stay here again.
