Great place to stay. No lobby or attendants but everything was fine. Ashtray on balcony needed cleaning and I think there was a tiny piece of ash or something on the bedding that smeared when I tried to wipe it off.

First time staying at the Lotus, and it will not be our last. Clean and comfortable guest house, in fantastic proximity to the ferry and town center. We had our own bathroom, but the shared was very clean and well stocked. Each floor has its own coffee bar, and we had a nice deck off the back. The only drawback (for me) was the stairs. We were on the third floor, and it's a steep walk-up. Easy and thorough check-in process. Staff is very responsive via text.

Great location. Amenities not as represented. Owner had removed hot tub and failed to communicate that before I arrived. Shared bathroom wasn't too much of a problem during slow weekend but could be a problem with 8-10 rooms sharing one bath. Owner and staff not great with communication, they dug in on an issue with me and lost...Airbnb took my side and refunded my entire stay. If Owner had been more open to working with me, he would have saved himself some money. I didn't ask Airbnb for a full refund... they offered it afte... read more
