I am a past client of Lotus orthodontics and I will be returning for continued care in the middle of this year. The physician offered fast and speedy service as I was in dire need of braces. He was accommodating of my schedule as I was pregnant for the first half of my treatment and then high risk For the last half! I’m glad to report that my teeth are still straight and he did a phenomenal job. If you are looking for braces or implants, I highly recommend Lotus Orthotics.
Dr. Hsieh Professional and friendly, I have been working with him for two years got my invisible liner and teeth wash from him.
0 stars if possible. I had a terrible experience. Did not sit in the chair for more than 2 minutes and I left because Mr. Hsieh is unprofessional. This office still has the nerve to charge my insurance for NOT completing any work.
Dr. Hsieh was very efficient and considerate. The office and staff were immaculate and it's a friendly place as well.
Dr. Hsieh is the most caring and honest dentist I've ever had. And I've had a lot of dentists (I move around a lot). I had a problem with my insurance and he helped me resolve it! I was a tricky case because I already had braces, am expecting jaw surgery, and moved here for graduate school (so my insurance also changed). Despite all of this, Dr. Hsieh accepted me as his patient and addressed all of my concerns in a professional manner. I highly recommend this clinic!
