The guy there did a horrible job. I will never go there again. The manager did no diffuse the siituation du to horrible experience there. I recommend going to a nail shop that care about people.
I recently received a no-chip manicure and a lavender pedicure. While the pedicure was great, the white polish on my toes was very uneven. As for the no-chip service, no base coat was applied, the designs were inconsistent, and my polish chipped on the second day. I was on a cruise and felt a mess! I used to be a regular customer, but I've started doing my own nails and only visit the salon for special occasions. Honestly, paying $126 was not worth it.
Diva (the man) at the front desk had the nerve to tell me with a straight face that no chip pedicures are only supposed to last a week so damage is expected. That’s not even the beginning of how ridiculous that man is and his disgusting attitude is towards paying customers. God bless the workers cause they’re doing their best, and I hope he’s actually paying them. They don’t seem like it.
