My nail tect was Nia. I love her! I showed her a picture and what she did was 💯% perfect!
I have come to this location many times and have enjoyed being serviced here. I got a no chip manicure on a Wednesday, by the time I was on the plane Thursday, the next day, one nail chipped. I was gone for 10 days. In those 10 days, all but 4 nails had peeled off. I go back to Lotus and I'm told about their 7 day policy. I explained that my nail chipped day one.
