I come here frequently, the owner is the absolute sweetest, as well with the employees. I had read a review about them being homophobic, but that’s far from the truth, I have never felt safer being here, there is also an LGBTQ worker that works there, not sure what the lady that said what she did do, but I 100% recommend this salon! They treat the clients like family, and take their time. The are truly amazing

The pictures attached were taken immediately after I had left the nail salon in a rush and got home and realized how terrible my nails actually looked. I reached out to the owner about coming back to make it right but got no response. Won't be returning there again. Mistakes happen and sometimes newer nail techs may need additional training, but it's all about the customer service in making it right and validating that the initial service delivered could have been better. i regret coming here so bad. not only did the young lady do an unbelievably awful job waxing my brows and left SO much hair behind ,but the absolute disgusting inappropriate conversations loudly being had by the shop employees/owner(?) were so vile and uncomfortable to listen to. being openly homophobic in front of guests and being so obtuse to confuse your own homophobia with racism (homophobic comments were made and the older woman in the room and she then goes “I don’t mean to be racist” ????) holy lord have mercy please ... read more
