Used to really love coming here but the service has really gone down hill. I waited 45 mins past my appointment time at my last visit and not a single apology. My nails started chipping after one week and no offer to have them repaired. Time for somewhere new…

Alex did such an incredible job and was so gentle!! First time here and will definitely be back!:) And then months later I went back to have Alex do my wedding nails…so speechless, love them so much!!
Staff, service, price and environment are all the best in Rochester!!
I was sad to find out they don't do walk-ins I was hoping to get my nails done after reading the ratings but I guess not bc the only thing they had open was almost 9 hours away in not looking to wait that long sorry
