Ive gone 3 or 4 times now and every time has been amazing. They do amazing work and are just amazing people to deal with. I hight recommend them. Ive done gel and acrylic.
I had a bad experience the last couple visits. Last visit they couldn’t do wax because it wasn’t working but didn’t offer a discount. It felt like they were talking about us yesterday & felt rushed. I also got cut yesterday which actually made me literally almost scream. I used to love this place but I will be going somewhere else from now on. Valentine's day was my first time in lotus salon! I called ahead of time like a week to book an appointment and they were very flexible with time. I got there at 9:30, as scheduled, and they got me in right away. They have a lot of options and colors and styles. They also have my favorite style which is cat eyes and not every nail salon in Rochester have them!! My nail technician was great, kind and patient. Overall great experience honestly! I will certainly go back! Thank youuu!
Best nail salon in town. The whole staff is fantastic and they kill it every time!
