BEWARE Bait and Switch techniques. I purchased a Groupon for two IPL treatments. I have done these treatments many times in the past so I am familiar with the procedure. When I went into the treatment room the owner asked what areas were of concern. She then zapped each area and told me we are done! it took 5 minutes.
