Not deserving of one star. Daughter went once on 10-22-22, her one hour appt was shortened to 40 minutes, given prior patient ran over. Second scheduled appt, daughter stood outside office at locked door and never heard from Crystal until an hour had passed when therapist returned our texts and emails with ‘a prior patient must of locked the door’. It took a long time for me to decide to leave a review because the experience really let me down. I spent weeks trying to find a good fit for a therapist since it was my first time going to therapy and decided on Lotus. Crystal was kind and cordial (which are great qualities in anyone) but spent the entirety of my appointments checking her phone over and over again and just saying "yeah, sounds like depression" on a loop.
