I came and got a new card and the way they set it up is very efficient. Everyone knows where to go and it went smoothly. I’d definitely recommend making your profile on the government website so that things go faster. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to get a new card or a renewal
DR Chan, Listens to your issues and symptoms and she is very thorough. She’s helped me with my ADHD and many other symptoms. I highly recommend her and her staff. She is very friendly and knowledgeable.
I am disappointed with how I was treated and how they made it complicated to do an over the phone renewal someone in the office kept talking over me instead of hearing and explaining I kept hitting a voicemail 😭 I just needed guidance on the process and I felt unheard just a number of the day you know.
