The current manager, Maria, has gone out of her way to provide my family and I with updated appliances such as a new ceiling fan, a stove, and installed a new bathroom sink cabinet. Whenever there are issues, she is quick to respond and to resolve it to the best of her abilities. The apartment complex is an older building but the manager and plumbers do their best to maintain it.
Do not rent here. The apartments are filthy, management says they will fix things but never do and then just blame you for anything. My heater has never worked and the place is full of mold they just keep painting over. Bugs are everywhere, the gates never work, there is trash everywhere and half started projects never finished! Yet they raise the rent every month.
These apartments are no where near affordable as to any other apartment in garden grove. Cars are getting broken into, managers say they will fix your apartment and will never do it ! There’s cockroaches everywhere! Don’t even apply here it’s the worst. Your money will go to complete waste with these apartments ! Rent increase every other month. These apartments should be shut down.
