I came here based on all the good reviews, but now I’m starting to doubt them. The facial I received wasn’t great as others I’ve had elsewhere—I saw no changes on my face but was still hopeful. Other places usually offer a blanket or towel, adjust the room temperature, play soft music, and even include a hand or neck massage during the process.
