Was delivered 3 days later than it was supposed to. Was delivered at around 10pm at night and left on the door step in the freezing temps and snow. Wilted and frozen. Company replied that the delivery was made at 3:00pm and emailed me a picture of the delivery at the door step. It's night time in the picture. Placed an online order, for an item listed as available that day, to be delivered that day for a funeral. 35 hours later, and after the services, I received an email notice of my order being canceled "due to unforeseen circumstances". Beyond upset that they didn't even give the courtesy of letting me know in time to find something else to be delivered to the services.
I placed an order at 8:30 a.m. for same day delivery. Nothing arrived. This was an arrangement for my mother post surgery. I am absolutely heartbroken that I paid good money for nothing.
We ordered for our mother a bouquet of flowers through FTD. The flowers looked nothing like what we ordered and paid for. The flowers were dead and disgusting. I sent this company an email they did not respond. FTD refunded our money.
