Usually I have a great experience and my nails look great. Not this time im absolutely angry and disappointed. First issue i kept asking for the woman to cut my toenail shorter Second I asked for more natural shape as I wanted to change from square She didnt understand even though we were saying the same word. I loved these people she remembered me from 4 years ago and did an amazing job her name is Jenny and Cindy did my best friend toes I feel comfortable and safe with them
I called to make an appointment-when I walked in -they said “do you want to come back later?” I said “no-that’s why I called yesterday and made an appointment.” I will not return. I have nail salons a lot closer to my home.
Jessica was amazing! 10/10 nails she took her time and she was very sweet.
