Don’t bother. Very poor communication, combative therapist, and repeated misleading information. Example: Appointments run through Sondermind, but no signage to represent the company. Dr. Morrow claiming to do family counseling, but in person saying the only patient is the one who pays the bill. Claiming they handle family counseling, but not allowing the family to attend the “intake” appointment. Doctor changing appointment times, then claiming the patient cancelled.

Dr. Karen took the time to really talk with me and explain how therapy works, which made a big difference. She was patient, kind, and showed genuine empathy throughout our conversation. I felt seen, heard, and understood—something that’s hard to come by. Grateful for her care and professionalism.

I'm glad I was able to connect with this clinic and receive services. Dr Karen Morrow and her staff are professional and helpful. I feel like I received much needed services to help me not give up. Professional, kind, genuine therapists who love what they do and take pride in helping others. If you're hurting and just need support, Dr. Karen's and her staff are the people I suggest you see. I was apprehensive about trying a new clinic due to my old one closing, but all of that was wiped away after my first visit. My therapist is went above and beyond to educate me and listen! Even the other staff were kind and helpful to me. I'm VERY pleased with the clinic as a whole. I encourage you to go to Lotus if you are looking for a new counselor, you will not be disappointed. I’m incredibly thankful for the dedication and patience that Dr. Karen and her team have shown while working with my little brother. Their approach has helped him develop effective tools to better manage his emotions. In just a few months, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in his grades and classroom participation.
