I had a 10am appointment and was never addressed by the stylist himself that he had two heads in front me and also waited 18mins after 10am before he even came out to introduce himself. I would never go back there no manager or owner came to address the issue or stylist I have never experience this lack of unprofessionalism!!!!

Lotus Beauty Spa, offers a warm and inviting salon, where you can get your hair done, nails etc. I love my hairstylist and they do awesome work.
Shout out to Michelle who works there. She did a wonderful job on my oldest daughter's hair. The staff was nice and made her feel comfortable being it was her first experience in a hair salon. t
