Went to this place for a haircut 2 years ago and been meaning to leave a review. The owner and not her daughter was my stylist. After talking to her, decided on a trim since I have long hair. Her daughter washed my hair+did a very quick and careless head massage. Altogether I spent about 30 min at their salon and got charged with tax almost $100. I felt horrible and cheated on afterwards, hence leaving this review 2 years later. Need a haircut now and I’m not going back there!!
DO NOT GO TO LOTUS. Horrible customer service. Worst treatment and mean spirited attitude from the staff. I will not return or give any business. When I inquired about a mani/pedi the owner was extremely rude. Stay away from this place. 0 stars.
Paid $65 for a sloppy pedicure and painful conversation with the esthetician.
NEVER GO TO LOTUS! I paid $280 for a cut and color and yet I received about 5 inches too short in the hair cut and no change in my original color. The owner's daughter did my hair and when I spoke with the owner asking for a refund, she was rude, pushy and would not listen to me. She refused to give me a full refund, she refused to listen, and I have never dealt with such an unprofessional business.
