Effective, efficient, responsive CPA! I was looking for help with my taxes about a month before the deadline. Jessica responded to my email quickly and took care of everything for me on time. I'm happy with our results and will be recommending her to friends/ other small business owners.
I admit…. I am not a client…. I was considering it. Anyhow…..I’m pretty sure some of the responses to comments here are against client privilege laws (especially the one broadcasting that a client “hasn’t filed in years”). I was looking for a tax agent….. but I’m DEFINITELY going to keep looking. If someone is this careless on Google I’d hate to see what kind of trouble I might get in with the IRS. Jessica has done my taxes for three years now. She is friendly, efficient and advises me very well. I’ve referred several friends to Lotus Accounting and they are also happy customers. Highly recommend!
Quite possible the rudest person I've dealt with over e-mail. She will not answer simple questions about her process. Will direct you to her website where there is not enough information because she can't be bothered to read through your 3-sentence e-mail to understand your needs. I'd be concerned she would have the same lack of thoroughness in handling something as detailed and sensitive as taxes. Proceed with caution.
IRS came because Jessica can't do tax returns correctly. Jessica should not be allowed to do taxes if she is just going to do them wrong then have people deal with the consequences. She can't help the IRS with her own mistakes.
