I cannot find the words to express how thankful I am for Lottie Jones- they went above and beyond for us on a last minute rush order- not only taking the order but delivering it too! Thanks to Lottie's, my girl got a beautiful corsage just in time for her prom. The date may have been a dud but Lottie's saved the day! Thank you so much!
My fiancé has ordered me a few bouquets from here for delivery and they have all been stunning and last a long time! I just got flowers for my moms birthday and the staff was so kind and friendly and were able to make it for me quickly!
Over priced for what you get!! Lotti Jones was used by our family for weddings, funeral’s and special occasions for years. We knew it was under new ownership but when we needed flowers for our Mom’s celebration of life we ordered from Lotti’s. What a disappointment!!! Over priced, underwhelm but the worse is how the owner handle our concerns! Highly recommend if you need flowers go elsewhere! And when the owner replies to my review that she cannot see where we order flowers we did nearly $800 wasted dollars.
