One of the worst “what I ordered vs what I got” experiences. I called to see if there was a mistake with the order they were rude and dismissive to me. This experience only worsened when the staff member thought she hung up the phone began to disparage me to other customers and staff in the store not knowing I could hear her. Horrible. They have apologized but I am still waiting and refused to refund me.
Best customer service in town! They handled my last-minute, same-day order without any issue, and the bouquet turned out beautiful. Highly recommend! 5/5
