I ordered online for a bouquet delivery and it was quick and easy.
Hello, found this shop on Google, looking to send a small bouquet of something to a lady friend, checked the website and found something simple with a nice arrangement. Called in my order rather than online, was told by the florist that she was not happy with quality of part of the bouquet, wanted to substitute a different flower. I was most impressed with her candor, having no idea about the difference. The end result was an overwhelming love of the bouquet the recipient, great service, will use again.
Knowleadgeable and very acommodating sales person. Item was delivered on time and as discussed.
This business is quite obviously trying to mislead consumers. They have a sponsored post that pops up and the tag line is the name of another very popular local florist. Lottie Jones is attempting to garner clicks to their website by using this other business name. On top of that, when you pay for a specific bouquet, they deliver something completely different and far less quality wise.
