My son was sent to Dr. Jackie at 6 weeks of age and we have been with her now for the last 4.5 years. She was willing to listen when we were at our most desperate and worked with us patiently and diligently until she figured out exactly what his issues were and how to treat them effectively. Even now at 4.5 years old, when problems (unfortunately) pop back up and medication dose change is needed, Dr. Jackie is always ready to help. We love Dr. Lott!! She is AMAZING!! The love and care she has shown my children over the years is genuine. She also has an amazing team as well. Couldn't ask for a better doctor to treat and care for my children.

I have had the worst experience with is doctor basically told me to stop breastfeeding due to severe food allergies but we decided to go to an allergist who told us that the allergies are basically negatives very mild I don’t understand the communication with her after we decided as a family to no longer give our daughter hypoallergenic formula because it made her symptoms worse we tried explaining to her she basically walked out of the office telling us there is no need for us to be here and was left at that. Herself and staff are not compassionate or give you any sort of caring feeling. Do not expect any sort of proactive help even if your child is consistently in pain. Please stay away from this team/ facility.
