I have been a patient of Dr. Lotan’s for the past 8-ish years. In that time, she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide the best care possible. As someone who has worked with several other psychiatrists in the past, her attention to detail, recall, and follow-up are unmatched. Her office is always responsive, and any calls or emails I’ve sent have been answered quickly and thoroughly. Very disappointed with this practice! My husband found Dr. Lotan remembering her from Ut Southwestern a fellow Dr and was excited to get an appointment for my teen daughter with her. Also they never returned my phone calls that I made several times and finally after over a week of waiting they send a message that Dr. Lotan can not see my daughter! I thought that she could have had a better explanation or at least give us a referral as a professional courtesy.
