Situated 36.5 meters (120 feet) deep under the earth's surface, the Lost World Caverns is a network of underground cave formations. No matter what the climate is outside, the temperature inside the caves remains approximately 50 degrees Fahrenheit (11 degrees Celsius). So prepare yourself accordingly. Liam made sure our guided tour was a fun and funny experience. The gift shop had a lot to look at along with so many beautiful stones. Really great people here! I totally recommend this place.
We took my 5 kids ages 15-1 and we all had a blast.
The lost world caverns were sooooo cool!!!!! This was super ideal and manageable for small kids (ages 7,4,6mo.). It only took about 45 min to complete and the rocky steps were no big deal with all of the adequate hand rails. I wore the baby in a carrier. The boys thought they were explorers and we were the ONLY ones down there!!! What a fun way to see another part of God’s creation 👍🏼 (they also have a 4 hour intense adventure for those non-claustrophobic cave people 😂)
friendly service , experienced guides. wonderful, local experience. If you want excitement right here at home ,or even if you have to drive a few miles,this is the right fix for you !! Great underground views of rock formations, and information on how the cavern was formed many millions of years ago .
