I have never given a public bad review, but I do have to for this place. It is by far the most PATHETIC apartment community I have ever seen. Betty, the apartment manager, is ridiculous. I lived there for over five years. I had no issues with the prior apartment management. Unfortunately, their value was not seen. I had made several complaints regarding appliances that were not operable. There was never any response. They told me my application was approved. Took a deposit put me on a “waiting list” then kept bumping my move in date by months. Then when I ask to take me off the waiting list they say “okay the deposit will be back in your account soon.” I call back in two weeks and they’re saying I can’t get a deposit back. When I call about it they proceeded to cuss me out.
Lost Springs promised that we’d move in June 1. A deposit and first month’s rent later, they say that we might be able to get in sometime in August. No communication or help offered at any time.
Run by unfortunate looking trolls who have no idea what it means to be decent human beings
The managers are courteous and kind, while still being professional and adhering to policy. Nice views of the golf course from my windows. The pool, playing courts, and green areas are clean and well maintained. I wish the grass across from my porch would grow (too many trees), but you can't have everything. Overall a very nice place to call home.
The apartment is good... But if you play golf and u live here.... It says of the web sit the u can play free at the lost springs course once a week... Well wrong. The club is privet now... There are some people here that are nice. Then there are some here that when you wave or say hi too they ignore you... Some of the people that work here are rude too... They are a bunch of jerks!!!!!!! If you have Autism, don't get an apartment in this complex
