Very helpful and got my parts without any issues, great bunch of guys. Anytime I’m in bowling Green I try and stop by and check out the inventory, always something different. Go check them out if you haven’t

My daughter, 20, purchased her first motorcycle from David Scott and he went above and beyond for her. She had to go get her financing taken care of and was running late and he, and Steve, stayed and waited for her, after closing, so she could take it home that night. Not only did he wait but he hung out a few minutes while she practiced to make sure she was ok. Purchased my motocross bike from Salesman David Scott, and he went out of his way to make the supply meet the demand, and expedited the receiving of my 2018 unit directly from the manufacturer. I appreciate all these guys do in the motorcycling industry, as they continue to help keep it thriving in the area. A lot of changes have gone on with this establishment over their many years, and now more than ever I am happy to say they've done nothing but positively flourish. Keep up the solid work, Lost River!!

The 2 guys in sales were very helpful last year when I purchased a brand new 4 wheeler. But now that they have my money I can't get any decent customer service out of the service department or from the managers. I take it in to get routine services and I get it back smoking and they want me to pay for them to diagnose it, when they obviously did something wrong. I'd suggest shopping anywhere but here.

I assured you if we did anything to cause the smoking issure you would not pay anything. I believe today you told me you would bring it in on your next day off which is Wednesday.
