Just got my car back. Repairs were perfect . Car was very clean and they got all the repairs done before the estimated time ! Thank you !
Such a good experience here. Had to give up my prized Camaro due to hail damage �. I was like a worried mother because I just bought my hard earned dream car...not even a couple months in my driveway! Steve and the gals took good care of my car. The process was pretty easy. The only thing I could've used was more updates � lol. They did a great job at putting her back together for sure & hopefully we won't be frequent visitors, but if we need to... I know who to trust with my troublemaker.
Like a bonehead, I backed my brand new car into an inanimate object three days after buying it. Very stressful situation. I took it to Bastrop Body and Paint to get an estimate, and Steve was very helpful and honest. His shop did a great job bumping out the dent, buffing out the scrapes, and touching up the paint. Much as I didn't want to have to be there 😔, I had a truly Five-Star experience this past week at Bastrop Body & Paint! Steve, Dawn, and Ellen were exceptional in their customer service; the body work was estimated "on the money" and beautifully done; and I received a clean car in and out exactly when promised! I will highly recommend every chance I get!
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Bastrop Body and Paint! They had my car repaired in the time they told me it would take and did excellent work on my car. I was involved in a hit and run so while it wasn't a huge accident they had to repair it was a significant project. They paid such attention to detail and Steve buffed out scratches and touched up chips that weren't even part of the claim. The car had been cleaned both inside and out when I picked it up!!! I've had a lot of auto work done with a lot of different places in Bastrop, and I just had my Kia worked on here. This is an absolute no-brainer. They have the absolute best service in probably all of central Texas. Ellen is awesome and attentive. Steve is knowledgeable and friendly. Dawn answered the phone every time I called and had answers for me. And they stand behind their work. Lifetime warranty on all of their work. I will absolutely be using them anytime I have auto work in the future
Steve and Dawn are the best! I had a Tacoma that needed work on two separate occasions and I was treated very well each time. The first time I hit a deer and the work they did was excellent. My truck was good as new. The second time my truck was totaled and they were very helpful, working with my insurance carrier to insure I was taken care of. I had a right rear fender bender on my 2016 Chevy Truck that I took to Bastrop Body and Paint to be repaired. My Insurance negotiated the cost of the repair with Dawn Brown, and she had to convince my Insurance Company that the right rear panel had to be replace by a new fender not a used fender that would need to be altered to fit my truck. Steve Classen, the owner, has a policy that his repairs have to be excellently done and so an altered fender would not look well and up to his standards of finished repairs. The repairme... read more
