Really nice people. Even called me a couple days after I took my dog in to check out her limp to make sure she was doing ok!!
I love the people there. They are very pleasant and the receptionist is definitely a big help with anything you are in need of. Most of the time I can get in the same day or next.
Such a wonderful and caring team at Lost Key. They have taken such great care of all of my families' pets over the years and were there to share our tears when it was time to say goodbye to the precious ones we lost. I cannot recommend Lost Key enough. They go above and beyond in their care.
I have taken my companion animals to Lost Key since 1999. The care and attention given to my pets has been second to none. They treat with compassion, are extremely knowledgeable but will readily refer when necessary. Dr. McDougal and Dr. Callaway take a reasoned approach and are willing to work with the client and patient. The techs are friendly and most importantly interact well with animals. I have used them for the past 10 years and have never had a bad experience... Veterinary medicine is a difficult field and Dr. Calloway and Dr. McDougal have been excellent.
