Amber needs some people skills. I was very disappointed in my visit today, I have been a client for over 10 years. My dog is the most important thing in my life. My unfortunate life experiences as of late, was basically thrown in my face. No compassion. So sad.

I had a sick baby and when I called they said they had no appts but to bring her anyway. The staff was absolutely amazing to her. They talked me through all the procedures and made sure I understood all the test results. They were so kind and caring. Thank you to everyone for taking care of my baby.
I am so happy with the care I have received at Lost Key! Every person who works there greets my baby by name when we come in. Dr. McDougal is an amazing, caring veterinarian who has met every issue my boy has encountered with empathy, professionalism, and expertise. All of the vet techs I have encountered are amazingly skilled and show the utmost care for my pup’s comfort and well being. I am truly blessed to have found such a professional and competent team in caring for my baby, Paddington.
Had to find a new vet when I happen to drive by where our current vet was located and there was a for sale sign up!! They had closed down.. Had remembered Lost Key and made an appointment and got my babies back on track! The tech was amazing and so gentle with my crazy fur babies! The vet was super sweet and and gentle with them as well! My Babies took their shots like pros!!! I would recommend Lost Key for your fur babies!!!
