Our server did not come to our table for 35 min, he walked around our table and serviced other guests. He finally went to pour waters and came to us and said we can go order drinks at the bar....mind you, we made a reservation and people next to us ordered drinks with him...he proceeds to start walking away and we had to ask if we could order food...the place opens at 8pm...we were there at 8:45pm. The security/door situation is terrible! There is a make security guard and a lady who sits at the door. They are rude!!! The male security guard is aggressive and I’ve experienced him getting into verbal altercations with women often. They make up a dress code at the door and at the discretion they choose. The drinks are expensive. The service is subpar. The crowd is really a hit or miss.
I was really disappointed with my experience at this venue. The line was extremely long, even for people who arrived early, and we ended up waiting for about an hour just to get inside. The venue had two events happening at the same time, and one event was ending while guests for the other event were arriving, which created a huge amount of unnecessary congestion and confusion.
