Sean (the owner) was amazing, his gym and class were fantastic! My wife and I were traveling and needed to get a good quality workout in! Lost Coast CrossFit was the answer! If you are on vacation and find yourself in need of a workout or gym that makes you feel like you are at home! Look no further! He has multiple sessions a early mornings and evenings!
I was walking by with my dog and they had their aggressive dog unleashed. Their dog ran towards me and tried to attack my dog. I had to yell multiple times for someone to grab the dog. Once the owner grabbed their dog they decided to respond by cursing at me. I told them they should not have their dog unleashed and he said it’s their business. I have been manifesting a gym to call home for over 5 years now. I wasn't sure if I would find one again, after leaving Humboldt Crossfit 6 years ago, when I got pregnant. Returning to a workout regimen that fit my momming/ working lifestyle was much harder than I thought it would be.
