I have had good visits in the past, but my last visit in September 2018, they forgot to charge me for something and I needed to give them my cc info over the phone; they sent me an email that my glasses were ready to pick up after I had paid for shipping; when I did receive them, my glasses did not have the transition lenses in them, which they will now mail, but I have to go find someone to put them in. A bunch of hassles.

I was there last Friday as a new patient. I agree the front desk staff is not nice (actually very aggressive and short worded), I waited almost regretting to be there. But when called in, on the contrary the technician and Dr Peterman were very nice and knowledgeable!! I'm hoping I can ask Dr Peterman for next routine visits. So 4 stars only because they could have a better front desk staff.

I have seen a different doctor every check up. They are always at least 30 min behind. The staff isn't very friendly.
