I had a wonderful experience with Jamie and Eliana at Loss Mitigation Services, LLC, North Andover, MA. From the time I called them for help to the end of my home closing on a short sale, they were on top of everything, organized, always thorough, friendy and helpful in so many ways. If it wasn't for them, my home would of ended up in foreclosure. I would recommend this company to anyone !!!!!!
Had to deal with Jaime at this company over a year ago to buy my house from a short sale. It took months longer than it should have to close. Jaime never replied to phonecalls or emails. The only way my lawyers would ever get through was if they called themselves and happened upon the few minutes during the day Jaime was in the office. Even at the last minute, the day we were closing, there were mistakes in the paperwork by Jaime and it took over an hour to reach anyone there to get them resolved. Loss Mitigation did an amazing job going above and beyond what they had to do and accomplishing what no one else could. Before Loss Mitigation stepped in, we were told that we would owe an impossible amount per month with our short sale. Within days of them stepping in, they were able to make the short sale happen without us having to pay anything. In addition, they were able to help us get a decent amount back for relocation costs. Amazing job and I'd recommend them to anyone trying to get help with a short sale.

In my 18+ plus years, I have never met a company that has so much compassion for their job! My clients short sale took well over one year, and through no fault of LMS.
