If you perfer a studio setting, that is available. I offer private classes for a more personal practice catered to your needs. Hire me for wedding pre parties, birthdays or corporate events.

I love going to Lo’s Yoga. Laura is a spunky, beautiful person that doesn’t take her self too seriously. The yoga is a great combination of workout, relaxation, well being, and just plain fun. I always walk out of class better than I walked in both physically and mentally.

Amazing!! Everything you are looking for in a yoga class is with LosYoga. She challenges you and throws in fun poses to try, and also ends with a mindful meditation to end the session! And her personality makes it all the more fun!
