Los Tres was not on spot tonight. Chips were stale. The main issue was a loud birthday party. It was so loud other tables could not hear each other to talk. We asked the waiter three times if they could just lower the music, but we were not listened to. Several parties opened the door to come in but left. I asked was the manager there, which the waiter replied yes. So I assume the manager was joining in with the party. There was a time when I absolutely loved coming to this place, but I eventually stopped because the experience had really gone downhill. The drinks were horrible, the male bartender was very rude and always seemed drunk, the food would take forever to come out, and there were times when the head cook would come out of the kitchen onto the floor looking very dirty.
