Los Taquitos Mexican Grill began more than 25 years ago in 1981 when our parents started serving authentic Mexican food from a small cart in Phoenix, AZ. They served simple, great tasting food using recipes and techniques learned from our grandparents while growing up in Mexico. The food cart was an instant success and later expanded into several popular restaurants. These are by far my favorite tacos in all of the Phoenix metro area.
They had good Carne asada tacos. My husband loved them as well. Glad we went. My son-in-law and daughter Oscar and Sylvia Chavez took us. Thank you
Food was pretty good. Not enough seating but the margaritas were great.
The food was great. I'm one of those people who when I'm visiting I like to do the Triple D challenge. I will say the service was great and my family enjoyed the delicious food.
Los Taquitos is a victim of its success. It is my fault for going on Taco Tuesday. It was so busy, so loud, the workers were yelling at numbers at the top of their lungs and the tragically hip millenials were too busy on their phones to pick up their food. They really ought to use the table tent method like Chik-fil-A. I came back in the morning for a breakfast burrito and I was the only one in the store..much better ambiance and reminded me of the good old days when they weren't so popular.
