I made an appointment, months ago, for a cleaning. I arrived at least ten minutes early and signed in. After waiting 40 minutes, I asked the receptionist, how much longer, until I saw the dentist. She said, there was an emergency and they were getting a room ready. After 2 more hours, I was taken into the room, only to be told, that first time patients, have to come back, another time for a cleaning!
