i’m giving these apartment a 1 due to the fact i’m already having problems. when i first went to view the apartment it was freezing cold , now that i’ve moved in the air does not work. due to the air not working it’s making my floors moist and eventually will create mold. i’ve only been here for 3 days , has been the worse experience ever.
Omg Victoria is the best. she works with you until u get approved. If y’all go here talk to here cause she going to go over and beyond to get you approve. These are true facts.
Rat infestation building collapsing.
Rats, rats, rats and more rats. Stairwells collapsing. Etc
Went to visit a relative here at these apartments and I was absolutely disgusted. Don't move here in the attempt to save money because you will end up spending more! They have bed bugs, I seen fecal matter on outlets indicating a roach infestation and the base board was chewed up by rats! You can literally smell the infestation! Now my relatives is in a bad position having to replace all her things when she leaves and is unable to break her lease. I hope anybody who moves here has a lawyer on speed dial!
