Had the worst experience at the tempe location on sunday, it took a hr before our food came out. That was only after i complained to the manager. Then our food came out. Food was cold!! We got up and told the manager we are leaving and we are not paying for this cold food. Manager just responded with "sorry". The waitress was also very incompetent.
More expensive than red lobster, an agua cremosa sales for almost $7. The food is not as good as it used to be when they were tortas La Presa. I used to love taking my family here, but no more. They used to play Salsas viejitas, now they play F ing nacocorridos I would not recommend this place
